I had been eagerly anticipating the Tamiya P-38J release for several months and had even forgotten that I had asked HRP to notify me when it was available. Other online hobby retailers, including Tamiya, didn’t give me a heads-up about the kit being in stock, but HRP came through with the info and at a fantastic price. I received an email letting me know it was available, and within a week, it showed up right at my doorstep. Honestly, I thought I’d have a tough time getting this kit, but what I got was really impressive and speedy service.

I own the Team Corally Kronos, and it's a super speedy truck that handles like a dream. I snapped a drive shaft and shot them an email; they got back to me in no time and sent a replacement part right away. I'm really pleased with my buy, and while my buddies went for Arrmas, I'm stoked I chose Team Corally.

The service appears quite unprofessional with incorrect tracking numbers and zero replies to emails. You should consider shopping somewhere else, even if it costs a bit more. This website feels like a scam or just really unprofessional. Seriously, steer clear folks.

HRP provided a faulty tracking number for my latest purchase. I shot off three emails to them (using two different addresses), but none got a reply, even though I received the usual message saying they'd respond soon. Really disappointing customer service.

I’m really not a happy customer here. I paid for three-day shipping when I ordered on June 15th, and they initially told me it would arrive by June 21st. Then I got an email pushing it to June 22nd, and now I’m being told it won’t show up until June 26th. That’s way beyond the three-day window I paid extra for, which wasn’t cheap either. I’ve sent three emails and haven’t heard a peep back, plus I’ve called and left voicemails with no reply. This is just not okay.

As a newbie to RC vehicles, I recently made my first purchase. The site is easy to navigate and the prices seem reasonable. Shipping was lightning quick! I ended up placing a second order, but unfortunately, the bearing set P/N GMA 51503 I need for my rock crawler is currently unavailable, and it looks like I’ll have to wait a bit. Oh well, that’s how it goes.

I bought a new remote control car. I reached out via email and phone with some questions, but got no reply. There was a problem with tracking and getting the item, and after trying to contact them again, still no response.

I made my purchase on April 22, 2016. Now it's November 26, 2016, and I'm still waiting for my parts. This feels like an absurdly long wait. I had to go through a whole racing season without the necessary items. Customer service isn't great either. No updates on when, or if, I’ll receive them.

The overall design of the site could use some work. When you’re looking at product options, it’d be better if the name and model were visible. The way product details are laid out isn’t the easiest to navigate.

Aside from that, everything else was fine.

When I signed up for the hookup, everything was fantastic. Having a sponsor made it easier to snag a solid discount, making racing more budget-friendly. But now that the prices have gone up, I find that local hobby shops or the brands' own websites offer better deals. :/

For real, their customer service is super quick to respond. It took roughly 5 days for shipping to California after I placed my order! From now on, I’m sticking with HRP for all my parts and kits!

The product was listed as available. Three days later, I got an email saying it was out of stock for 2-4 weeks. Then, just two days after that, I received another email saying it would take more like 8-12 weeks. I requested a refund.

The variety of paints available was impressive. I was on the hunt for 6 different shades along with the Plastic Pre-prep for a project, and 'HRP' had nearly everything I needed in stock and ready to go. Other places only had a handful of the colors I was after. The only shade that was missing was Candy Yellow, but honestly, I had already seen that one out of stock at a bunch of other suppliers, so it didn’t really catch me off guard. All the other colors were available. Shipping was speedy; my order came from their Utah warehouse and arrived in just 2 days here in California. They packed my paints in a small box, but it was done right, so nothing shifted during delivery. All in all, I had a pleasant shopping experience and wouldn’t think twice about buying more paints from 'HRP' down the line.

One thing that bugged me was the inability to track my order. I was left wondering if I was getting scammed or what. But when it finally showed up, I felt a wave of relief. My boyfriend is really into it!
